Electronic Component Kitting
We are able to provide turnkey EE component kits (including sourcing of Hard to Find components in accordance with the strictest of sourcing requirements) or just maintain consigned EE component stock in our stockroom and assemble kits as Production needs require. Electronic Component Bakeout
Send us your bulk Electronic Components for Bakeout according to IPC and MSL standards. Parts are baked for required duration and Vacuum packed with desiccant, humidity indicator cards (HIC’s), and MSL indicating label stating packing date. Data logs/charts of bakeout temperature profile available as well if requirements necessitate
Spooling/Re-Reeling
Consolidate loose or cut tape components onto one continuous spool. Add leaders/trailers to allow your Contract Manufacturer to run the parts through their SMT line. Crimp or Tape splices available depending on needs and we work with all standard reel diameters and widths. Best prices and Lightning-quick turnaround times!
